Roosty's started in 2019 with two friends, a few backyard hens and a belief that chickens deserve better. Today we're a fast-growing brand trusted by thousands of flock keepers, and we're still building it the same way we started: together.

We're a small team that moves quickly and pitches in wherever it's needed. We want everyone to enjoy the ride, so we look for people who love teamwork as much as we love our hens. As Roosty's grows, our team grows with it.

Who we're looking for

People who want to help build something. You don't need to keep chickens (though it helps!), but you do need to care about the people who do, and be excited by everything that goes into growing a brand: customer experience, content and social, marketing, operations and product.
