You can cancel your subscription whenever you'd like, no need to reach out to us first!
Here's how:
- Log in to your customer portal.
- Find the subscription you'd like to manage.
- Click the three dots next to the "Get Order Now" option.
- Select Pause or Cancel Subscription from the menu.
Please note: canceling your subscription will not cancel an order that has already been placed. If you'd also like to cancel an existing order, please reach out to our team separately.
