Why 10 weeks?
Chicks younger than 10 weeks are still developing their digestive and immune systems. Waiting until this age helps ensure they can properly process the ingredients in Gold Dust and get the full benefit without any unnecessary strain on their system.
How to give it
Gold Dust can be mixed directly into your flock's feed, just like Flock Armor. Sprinkle the recommended amount over the feed and mix well so it coats the pellets or crumbles evenly. If your flock free-ranges, adding it to a feeder they visit regularly is a great way to make sure they still get it consistently.
