If your dispute relates to the purchase of products or services from Roosty's, that dispute shall instead be governed by the dispute resolution provisions contained in our separate Terms of Sale.

Purchases made through the Website are governed by our separate Terms of Sale.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Sale relating to a purchase, the Terms of Sale shall prevail.
