At Roosty's, we're here to help you get the very best out of your flock, and we stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. 🐔

90-Day Hen Happiness Guarantee

We're confident you'll see a real difference in your hens.

If, after using the product consistently as directed, you don't notice an improvement within 90 days of your purchase, we'll give you a full refund.

We may ask a few quick questions to make sure the product has been used as directed and to better understand your experience. Our goal is always to help you get the best possible results for your flock.

There's no need to return the product. Simply email us at hello@roostys.co, and we'll take care of the rest. 🐣


Returns (Unused Items)

If you've changed your mind, we also accept returns of unused, unopened products within 90 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unopened.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in new, unused condition.

Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide return instructions.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • A photo of the damaged product or packaging.

Once we've verified the issue, we'll either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund.

We'll cover any shipping costs associated with verified damaged, defective or incorrect orders. ✅


Order Cancellations

Subscription Orders

We'll send you a reminder email approximately 5 days before your next subscription order, giving you time to make any changes before your payment is processed.

One-Time Orders

We begin processing orders quickly so they reach you as soon as possible.

If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee cancellations once processing has begun, we'll always do our best to help.


How to Request a Refund or Return

Simply email hello@roostys.co with:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Photos, where applicable.

We'll get back to you as quickly as possible with the next steps.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are:

  • Issued to your original payment method.

  • Typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.


Opened Products

Opened or used consumable products cannot be returned.

However, they're still fully covered by our 90-Day Hen Happiness Guarantee, so if you've used the product as directed and haven't seen a difference in your flock, you're still eligible to request a refund. 🐓


Fair Use

Our 90-Day Hen Happiness Guarantee is designed to give every customer complete peace of mind.

To help protect the integrity of this policy for everyone, we reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we identify repeated abuse of our refund policy or a pattern of excessive refund claims.
