Returns Policy

At Roostys, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we make returns and refunds easy.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused & Unopened: The item must be in its original packaging and in new condition.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
  • Wrong Items: If we sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@roostys.co with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Ship the product within 7 days of receiving return approval.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Need a replacement? We’ll send a new item once we receive your return.
  • Perishable items, digital products, and opened consumables cannot be returned.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: We cover return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind:Customers are responsible for return shipping.
