This is a great variety of herbs and whatnot for my chickens. I put some in the nesting boxes and also in the dust bath. The bag was completely stuffed full however it was still less than the pound it's supposed to be -

Quality, natural ingredients which is what you want since we eat the eggs. The cap holds about the amount you need per gallon of water which is handy. And I swear the chickens drink more with this additive in there, they seem to like it. -

I noticed the dirty vents on my leghorns. I ordered this and put it in their feed on Monday. They are already perking up and dirty butts are slowly going back to normal. First, I love the smell of the nesting herbs but am banking on mites and other foul critters that inhabit coops will absolutely hate the smell and will choose to move on to greener pastures elsewhere. Secondly, I watched my girls nestle down in places I laid down the herbs and am hoping the fresh aroma will get in under their feathers and drive out any unwelcome passengers. I am confident that the herbs combined with Roosty's Chili Mix will bring health and healing to my chickens!

My ducks (and my nose) love these nesting herbs. They have a tarp covered outside pen that they sleep in at night and these herbs make it much nicer to go in and collect eggs and overall keeps the pen smelling great.

This is a really great product not just for the chickens to nibble on, but also to keep rodents and mammals away. It’s great in the bedding and nesting boxes. Chickens don’t seem to be able to smell or taste the red pepper or the spice but mice, rats, raccoons, chipmunks, squirrels, etc. can’t stand the hot pepper. It’s a fantastic item.
