Do you need to make a change to an order you just placed? Here's what we can do.
What can be edited
As long as your order is still in pending status and has not entered processing, we can generally help you with:
- Changing the shipping address
- Adding or removing items
- Updating the quantity of an item
Important note on timing
As we prioritize fast shipping, orders move to "in process" status very quickly, often in just a few hours. Once an order reaches that stage, our logistics team has already started preparing it and we can no longer make changes.
